The Future of Marketing with Sara Wilson

Updated: Feb 23, 2022

This week I’m talking to Sara Wilson, a Gen Z marketing expert, Facebook/Instagram alum, and founder of digital strategy consultancy SW Projects, where she helps clients like Nike, Bumble, National Geographic, Sony Pictures Television, the New York Times, and many others create and grow passionately devoted online communities.

She writes frequently on the subject of digital marketing trends for publications like Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan Management Review, and AdAge, among others. Sara also speaks and leads workshops on the subject of "digital campfires" (a term she coined in the Harvard Business Review to describe the types of spaces young people are gathering in online today) to internal teams at companies like YouTube and Microsoft. Sara has been quoted as an authority on digital strategy in multiple publications including Forbes, Women's Wear Daily, Vogue, and Fast Company.

You can follow along on her site, The Digital Campfire Download, where she shares compelling interviews and insights from the world’s more influential brands.
