I was so hesitant to share this topic with you today because, for me, it has been a difficult process to overcome a recent setback.
I am showing up and sharing because I know all of us have been through something similar in our lives and I think it is helpful to share. Perhaps it sparks something in somebody listening.
These last two months I have faced unfamiliar challenges. I’ve been running as fast as I can to level up, learn new skills, and deal with my own insecurities to execute at a higher level. I've thrown myself into unfamiliar situations and felt really stretched in the process. And what happened was something unexpected…
I totally failed.
I fell flat on my face and now that I’m on the other side, I've taken the time to analyze why I stumbled and how I've picked myself up.
By observing my emotions and internal thoughts in the aftermath of my failure, I've been able to see the ideas and actions that were helpful and those that were detrimental.
Join me on this journey of self-discovery and self-growth called entrepreneurship, because if something I learned from this, is that entrepreneurship is an inside job… one you must go through again and as again.
Take a listen. 👇🏻
