Having a strong and healthy email list is an important part of doing business. A vibrant email list allows you to nurture and build relationships with potential customers and get them ready to buy from you. It’s a critical part of the Client Value Journey.
But how do you actually get people to join your email list?
This is where a lead magnet comes in.
A lead magnet is a free piece of information or something you can offer to a prospect in exchange for an email address.
But, how do you choose the right lead magnet for my business? The one that's going to actually entice your audience and make your prospects go ahead and click and give you their email address?
There is this idea that your brand and what you do is so compelling and so cool that that person is just going to go ahead and purchase right away but as we know, that isn't usually how it plays out, right?
Our big goal here is to get an email address because we want to continue the conversation, we want to keep nurturing the clients so, at a point, they will buy our product or services.
I would encourage you to get really creative when it comes to creating a lead magnet, but also I want you to be conscious of the importance of creating value, so the lead magnet needs to be something that makes sense to your brand.
