Entrepreneurship is one of the most difficult paths a person could choose to take. There is so much to consider when building a company and mentorship is often an incredible tool to help you grow in leaps and bounds as a leader. The issue I have found is that, as a woman, it is sometimes difficult to find examples of strong female leaders in my real life. For this reason, I have had to seek out powerful, self-starters to help develop myself into the person I want to become.
Most of the business voices and self-development gurus that we see in the mainstream media are male. It’s just the way the cookie crumbles (for now). But the beautiful thing is that with a little digging and a conscious effort, I have built a beautiful (imaginary) board of female mentors that I have found through podcasting. I wanted to highlight these powerful leaders and share their podcasts with you.
If you are anything like me, carving your own path comes with a lot of self-growth. My hope in sharing this list with you is to offer a glimpse into the people I choose to spend my time with-- innovative thinkers who are not only business savvy and incredibly motivating but also teach about mindset.
